Originally from the French countryside in the Loire Valley, Ben studied in the US on a soccer scholarship at the University of San Francisco.

With a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and Metabolism from UT Austin, Ben travelled to India to explore Eastern spirituality and Yogic practices.

Combining his experience as a personal trainer, Yoga and meditation teacher, nutrition coach, retreat leader at world-renown Aro Hā and now Integrative Health Practitioner, Ben offers a comprehensive, effective and mindful approach to lifestyle coaching and behavior development.
