Meet your program leader
As a soccer player, Ben played at a National level in France, before being recruited by the University of San Francisco to compete in the Division 1 West Coast Conference.
Needing surgeries on both knees and lumbar spine, Ben's career was abruptly ended, leading him onto a new quest towards optimal wellbeing.
HEALTH & FITNESS
After a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology & Metabolism at UT Austin, Ben worked as a Gym Manager in Berlin, became a Yoga Teacher and grew as a holistic Retreat Leader at Aro Ha in New Zealand.
With further certifications as a Precision Nutrition Coach and Integrative Health Practitioner, Ben now focuses on developing programs + 1 on 1 coaching to help others achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much time investment will I need?
The program was designed for busy people. Most habits and practices should fit in your existing daily routine.
But plan for 30 minutes daily extra, which will include watching the guidance videos + doing your new habits.
We will have 1 optional weekly Zoom call on Wednesdays 6-7pm (recordings available).
Will I need to cook all my meals?
No. You will have the flexibility to either make your own food or buy some outside. This is not a recipe-specific meal plan, but general guidelines on how to optimize your diet.
How long will I have access to the material?
The pdf contents will be available for download and printing. All video material will be available for 60 days after the end of the program.
Do I need to buy other equipment?
No, the program does not require any further investment. The exercise section is body-weight only.
Do I need previous experience?
No. This program is accessible to anyone that has a desire to improve their quality of life.
What if I can't do everything?
That's fine. As explained in the videos, you can choose to focus on the habits that serve you the most. The program is flexible in this way.
I've tried to change habits before and it didn't work. How is this different?
This program was designed to provide maximum benefits from minimal efforts. The key is consistency. So the habits are actually super easy! Most approaches try to do too much at once, and lead to failure. This will work!
